| Valuations up to $2000 - Minimum Fee $60 |
| Over $2,000 up to $10,000 1 1/2% |
| Over $10,000 1% |
| Minimum Charge for Valuation at our business premises $60 |
| Minimum Charge for Valuation outside dealer's business premises up to a radius of 100Km - $75 per hour |
| For greater distances, recovery of out of pocket expenses such as overnight accomodation, interstate fares or other travelling expenses shall be by negotiation based on actual costs. |
| If we subsequently purchase the entire collection, or part thereof, within twelve months of the valuation, then the valuation would be refunded either n whole, or in part on a pro-rata basis. |
| However, out of pocket expenses would not be refunded. |
| Where an annual valuation is required, a reduced fee may be negotiated. |
